Franchise Requirements

OneWORLD English School has the highest qualifying standards in Asia. This assures our students quality lessons and keeps them coming back. Applicants are expected to meet all of the following requirements to receive a reply or an offer to interview for a franchise membership:

Minimum Age: 25
Nationality: American, Canadian, British, Scottish, Irish, Welsh, Australian, New Zealander
Native Language: English
Education: 4-year university degree in business, education or humanities
Experience: minimum 2 years as an English or ESL instructor, former small business or franchise owner
Other: must complete a 3-month franchise teacher management training program in Japan
Financial: have available liquid cash assets in reserve of 15 thousand US dollars after completing the teacher manager training program (Approximately 25-50% of these funds will be required for start up)
